One game was enough for Hapoel Tel Aviv to decide to make a roster change. The team released Chandi Jones and signed point guard Edniesha Curry, who played in Israel four years ago.

Hapoel Tel Aviv decided to release Chandi Jones after one game, a loss at Tel Kabir in which she scored 12 ponits. The team decided to bring in a player more suited to play the point guard position, and signed Edniesha Curry (5'6, 28).

Curry played in Israel during the 03/04 season, for Maccabi Raanana. She averaged 16.9 points, 4.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 3.0 turnovers per game. In 2006 she played in Budapest, Hungary.

Curry was on the L.A Sparks' training camp roster this summer but didn't make the final cut. She played 13 games with the Sparks in 2005. She was the 41st pick in the 2002 WNBA draft out of Oregon.
