Nomi Kolodny, Bnei Yehuda's point guard who was supposed to play in Poland next season, has signed a three year deal with Anda Ramat Hasharon.

Nomi Kolodny, a member of Israel's extended national team roster, will play for Anda Ramat Hasharon in the next three years. Kolodny was supposed to play in Poland next season but her Polish team backed out of the deal. Kolodny joins Deanna Jackson, Dada Vilipic, Limor Mizrachi, Meirav Dori and Shani Levi who are already signed.

Kolodny was one of the top Israelis in the league last season. She helped lead Bnei Yehuda's young team to a 3rd place finish and playoff semis. She finished the season averaging 9.6 points per game (6th among Israelis) and 3.5 assists per game. She hit 46.8% from downtown, which was 2nd best in the league after Monique Currie. In 05/06 Kolodny won the Championship with Hapoel Tel Aviv. In previous seasons she played for Motzkin, Ramat Hen, Raanana and Ramat Hasharon - where she grew up.

Orna Ostfeld: "Till now we couldn't find someone to share the minutes with Mizrachi at the point. Nomi has made a jump in the last 2-3 seasons, and I'm happy we signed her for the long run"
