Anda signed Merav Dori

Anda Ramat Hasharon signed Israeli National Team forward Merav Dori for the upcoming season. The team also signed youngster Shani Levi for two years.

Anda Ramat Hasharon is starting to rebuild its Israeli roster, after losing nearly the entire roster from last season - Liron Cohen (Spain), Tal Salz (Bnei Yehuda), Tamar Maoz (injury), Jennifer Fleischer (Belgium) and probably Limor Mizrachi.

Merav Dori (21, 5'11), a member of Israel's national team, played in Ramat Hen last season and averaged 7.7 points and 1.8 rebounds in 24.0 minutes per game. In the last national team tournament, she averaged 7.2 points in 17.2 minutes per game. Dori won the Israeli league championship with Hapoel Tel Aviv in 05/06 (9.0 ppg), played in Bnei Yehuda in 04/05 (5.5 ppg) and in Ramat Hen in 03/04 (3.5 ppg).

Ramat Hasharon also signed Shani Levi (18, 5'10), a member of Israel's U-18 national team. Levi was named to the U-18 league 1st Team in the last to seasons, she is a versatile player who can play inside and out.
