Falah To Raanana Hertzelia

The coaching carrousel is done spinning, and we at least aren't that dizzy.
Shiki Falah, who coached Ramat Hen in the last two years, has signed with Raanana Hertzelia.
Ornit Shwartz & Katia Levitzki are signed to continue with the team.

Shiki Falah signed with Raanana Hertzelia and will replace Tal Natan who went to Bnei Yehuda. Falah left Ramat Hen after reaching the playoff and cup finals two years ago, and the playoff semis this year. Before that Falah coached in Bnei Yehuda, where he also made the playoffs with consistency, and was selected as 'Safsal's coach of the year twice.

The word playoffs, which we mentioned quite a few times, is exactly what Raanana Hertzelia was missing in the past two seasons. Raanana Hertzelia's record in the past two seasons stood at .500, which wasn't enough to make the top four.

The first players signed for next season are Capitan Ornit Shwartz & young center Katia Levitzki, who are staying with the team for their 2nd year. Shwartz averaged 8.5 points (44.4% from 2, 37.9% from 3) and 4.7 rebounds per game in 29.9 minutes per game last year. Levitzki finished the season averaging 8.6 points (50.0% from 2, 40.0% from 3) and 3.6 rebounds per game in 24.2 minutes per game.

The team will go back to playing in Ha-Yovel gym at Hetrzelia next year, after two years and Aviv gym in Raanana.
