Ramat Hen Inks Adan Inbar

Adan Inbar, who coached Hapoel Haifa Motzkin in recent years and recently named Israel's girls under-18 national team coach, signed with Maccabi Ramat Hen for next season.

After four seasons in Division I with Hapoel Haifa Mottzkin, Adan Inbar has signed with Ramat Hen, which became a legitimate top team in the last few years. This past season was relatively weak and trouble filled, and ended in a quick 0 – 3 exit in the semi finals to Ramla. The team finished with a mediocre 12 – 11 record.

Ramat Hen's troubles pale in comparison to what Motzkin's been through this past season, as they played very short handed and finally folded at the end of the season due to lack of support from the city hall. Inbar, who brought the team up from Division II in 03/04, led the club to one Israeli Cup finals and two playoff semi finals. Inbar is known for his unique quite style, and he didn't want to be quoted but we squeezed the following out of him: "I'm happy and I hope we'll have a successful rode together, it's still early to talk. I hope we do well and have fun".

Ora Glazer, Ramat Hen's charirwoman, told 'Safsal': "I wish Adan luck, I think it was a good choice. The other coaches I met who wanted to coach here were good as well and it was tough to choose. I hope we have a good year", she said.

As for the ending of Shiki Falah's role as head coach, it was said that both sides agreed it was time to part and things were decided in good spirits.
