Perkins Puts Family First

Jia Perkins, Raanana Hertzeliya's point guard, flew back to the United States in order to be by her father's side as he underwent surgery. Due to complications during surgery, Perkins hasn't returned to Israel as originally planned and is staying with her family for now.
Raanana Hertzeliya's bad luck this season is reaching new levels. Jia Perkins returned home to be with her father as he went into surgery, she was supposed to be back after 3 days but due to complications and the deterioration in her father's condition, it is currently unclear when she will be able to rejoin the team.
Raanana Hertzeliya will show up short handed for the 8th time this season on Monday against Holon. The Raanana Hertzeliya family send their prayers to Jia's dad, we at 'Safsal' join them in wishing he will get well soon.
