This week’s first team is dominated by Israelis with new career highs, including three who did it coming off the bench, just like our MVP.

Round 4 MVP – Mor Ben Barak
Came off the bench to score a career high 17 points, on 5 for 7 from down town, including a critical three that stopped Bnei Yehuda’s 21 – 3 run just in time, making it 91 –87 with two minutes to go. After a season where she averaged 2.6 points per game, so far this season Ben Barak is a leading candidate for new comer of the season.

Round 4 First Team
Nomi Kolodny - Being a foreigner short, Bnei Yehuda needs the Israelis to step up, and Kolodny answered the call with a career high 26 points on aggressive drives, and added 7 assists in the loss.

Chen Nusel - Came of the bench for Raanana Hertzelia and finished with 16 points, 10 of them in the 4th, including five straight points with two minutes to go that gave her team a 77- 72 lead in the win at Jerusalem.

Mor Ben Barak - 17 points on 60.0% shooting for Holon’s 7th player, the major X factor in the win at Bnei Yehuda.

Cyndi Valentin - Another great game for Holon’s scorer, with 25 points on 9 for 14 shooting, five rebounds and four assists.

Jennifer Fleischer - Came off the bench and finished with two career highs with 19 points on great shooting and 11 rebounds, giving Anda Ramat Hasharon the post presence they so need along side Jackson.
