Ramla officially out of D1
Safsal ,11/14/2005
Following this morning's court session, Elizur Ramla announced the team will not be participating in division 1 this season and will not pay the alleged debt to the IRS.

The women's league will have a new champion this season. Elizur Ramla, the winner in the past two years, basically ceased all operations.

Ramla didn't start the 05/06 season since they refused to pay a debt to the IRS which they claim doesn't exsist. Ramla hoped to prove that in court today but during the hearing Yoel Lavi announced that Ramla will not play in D1 this year.

Ramla has a different team registered in D2, and they plan on making it back to D1 for next season. What this means is that the debt associated with the D1 team will disappear along with the D1 team, and by next year the team that will advance from D2 will be debt-free.
