Ujhelyi signs with the WNBA's Lynx

Just over a week after Laine Selwyn signed with the L.A Sparks, her teammate Petra Ujhelyi signed with the Minnesota LYnx and will compete for a roster spot in training camp. Ujhelyi is the 4th player currently playing in Israel to sign with a WNBA team this offseason after Irina Osipova (Shock), Tracy Reid (Comets) and Selwyn (Sparks).
Ujhelyi was the #16 pick in the 2003 draft out of USC by Phoenix. She was traded to Detroit where she won the chmpionship. Last year she spent part of the season with the Mystics.
Ujhelyi is averaging 10.7 pts & 9.2 rebs (6th in the league) per game with Ramat Hasharon. She is expected to compete against a futrue Lynx draft pick and possibly another free agent post in camp.
