Ramla Signs Tanisha Wright

The first American signee for Ramla is Tanisha Wright, a star with the Seattle Storm who was the MVP of the Israeli league in the 07/08 season.
After spending the last season in Poland and winning the championship with Gdinya, Tanisha Wright is returning to Israel. This time she will play for Ramla, the team she lost to with Raanana Hertzeliya in the 07/08 finals.
Wright is currently playing for the league leading Seattle Storm in her 6th season in the WNBA. She has started all 10 games and registered 9.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 30.5 minutes.
Wright was named Israeli league MVP in the 07/08 season as she led Raanana Hertzeliya to the finals with 21.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, league best 6.2 assists & league best 3.2 steals per game. This will be Wright's 3rd season in Israel, she played for Hapoel Tel Aviv in 2006.
