Natanya Completes Roster

The newcomer to D1 is the first to complete its 08/09 roster. Natanya signed Natasha Brackett who played in Israel previously and Tamara Ransburg out of ODU for the upcoming season.
Natahsa Brackett (25, 5'9) who played in Bnei Yehuda in 06/07 and in Ramat Hen in 05/06 is returning to Israel after signing with Natanya. Brackett who averaged 19.7 points per game in Bnei Yehuda, played in Turkey last season and scored 11.4 ppg.
Natanya's 2nd American is Tamara Ransburg (25, 6'4), who graduated from ODU in 2008. Ransburg spent two seasons as ODU and averaged 7.6 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. She redshirted the 05/06 season due to an ACL injury, and didn't play in 04/05 after transferring from Kansas. During her two seasons at Kansas Ransburg averaged 10.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.
Brackett & Ranburg join Yana Shapiro, Valentina Vorona, Ornit Shwartz, Ela Karni, Inbar Vaxman, Sarit Arbel and Taly Noy at Natanya.
