I have played 7 years in a great league but I believe the timing is right and the best place for me to improve my international game is overseas. I am very excited to play for Electra Ramat Hasharon, I've only heard really good things about the club and I am looking forward to the huge challenge that playing in the Euro Cup has to offer".

Phillips joins Liad Suez Karni, Merav Dori, Abiola Wabara, Nomi Kolodny, Ayelet Cohen and Shani Levi at Ramat Hasharon.
