Maccabi Wins in Toronto!

Maccabi Tel Aviv became the first European team to defeat an NBA team in 17 years, as Parker's fade away with 0.8 stunned the Toronto Raptors.

Toronto Raptors 103 - Maccabi Tel Aviv 105
17,281 fans, most of them Maccabi's fans, saw the yellows extend their winning streak to 39 in a row against the Raptors, who became the first NBA team to lose to a European team since the Atlanta Hawks lost to the USSR in 1988, 123-132.

Back-to-back blocks by Green and a three-pointer by Solomon gave Maccabi their first lead, 95-93, with 3 minutes to go. Mike James tied the game at 103, but Anthony Parker scored a fade away jumper over Morris Peterson with less than a second on the clock, which was the game winner, and Maccabi's sixth make in a row from the field.

And now the only question is which team will win more game next season: Maccabi in 33 league games in Israel, or Toronto in 82 NBA games. Our guess: Maccabi.

Anthony Parker had 24, Vujcic 21 (10 boards), Solomon 15, Baston 12, Green 11, Burstein 8, Arnold 5, Penney 4, Shason 3 and Sharp 2.

Chris Bosh had 27 points and 12 boards in 45 minutes, Jalen Rose added 18 for the stunned Canadian team.
