Thomas Moves to Spain

Maccabi Tel Aviv's forward/center, Deon Thomas, has signed for next season with Spanish Menorca.
Deon Thomas, who played most of his career in Spain, signed with ACB newcomer Menorca for next season, thus leaving Maccabi Tel Aviv after 2 years.
Thomas arrived to Israel after overcoming his first serious injury, and played as a foreign in Rishon in 98/9. Due to his marridge, he received an Israeli passport and played with Maccabi Tel Aviv two years, in which he won two Euroleague crowns. Though, last season before the Final 4, he broke his leg and finished the season.
