Ramat Gan, the Premier League newcomers, makes their first addition: Itay Lev from Nahariya.
Itay Lev, who played last season with Nahariya, signed with Ironi Ramat Gan for one season.
Lev, who preferred Ramat Gan over Ashkelon's offer, is currently playing for the Israeli NT for the Maccabiah, under coach Danny Franko, who'll also coach Ramat Gan next season.
