Parker MVP of Week 8

Despite the home loss to Zalgiris last night, Anthony Parker is the MVP of week 8 in the Euroleague, thanks to a 35-point evealuation night.

For the second time this season Anthony Parker was named Euroleague's player of the week, but this time it comes after a losing cause. He had 35 evaluation points, with 31 points (8 of 13 for 2, 12 of 14 from the line), 3 boards, 2 assists, 4 steals, 2 blocked shots and 8 fouls drawn.

Sarunas Jasikevicius had just 1 point less, with 34 in 4 of 9 from beyond the arch and 14 of 15 foul shots. He also added 5 assists.

Parker also climbed for the first place in the scoring list, 1 point more than Pesaro's Charles Smith, and an average of 21.9 per game.
